AboxReel Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AboxReel, a short-drama service available through TikTok Minis (the "Service"). The Service is operated by STORYLOOM AI PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TikTok's terms also apply to your use of the TikTok platform.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age applicable where you live. If you are below the age of majority, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account access secure.

2. What the Service provides

The Service offers short-drama discovery, episodes, playback, search, watch history, saved titles, profile features, and related interactions. Features and titles can vary by location, licensing, device, and availability. We may change or remove content, subject to applicable consumer rights.

3. Accounts and platform access

You may sign in through TikTok or another method made available in the Service. Some features require an account. Do not share access credentials or use another person's account without permission. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Videos and intellectual property

Videos, artwork, software, trademarks, and other Service materials belong to us or our licensors. While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view available content through the Service for private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, download, redistribute, sell, or publicly show content unless the Service expressly permits it or law gives you that right.

5. Purchases and virtual items

If an in-app purchase is offered, its price, quantity, access rights, and any applicable conditions are shown before you confirm it. TikTok or its payment partner processes the payment; we use the transaction result to grant the relevant virtual item or episode access. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money unless applicable law requires otherwise. Subscription membership is not currently offered in AboxReel. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled under the applicable platform rules and mandatory consumer law; contact us if a purchase is not credited correctly.

6. Your contributions and conduct

If you submit a profile image, comment, message, report, or other material through a feature we make available, you remain responsible for it and grant us the limited permission needed to host, display, moderate, and operate that feature. Do not submit material you lack rights to use. You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, harass others, or submit harmful, deceptive, or infringing material;
• bypass payment, access, territory, or security controls;
• copy or scrape the Service at scale, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious code;
• misrepresent your identity or abuse reports, purchases, or other platform features.

We may remove material or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, or enforce these Terms.

7. Availability and third parties

We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that a particular title, episode, language, or feature will remain available. TikTok, payment services, and linked third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are responsible for our Service to the extent required by law, but cannot control independent third-party services.

8. Account closure and rights

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, email [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach, fraud, safety risk, or legal requirement. Account closure can end access to associated content and virtual items, but does not remove any refund or other right that cannot be waived under applicable law. 9. Liability and local rights

The Service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Changes, law, and disputes

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here, with additional notice when law requires it. If a change materially affects you, you can stop using the Service. Singapore law governs these Terms except where mandatory law in your country or region gives you additional protections. You may bring a claim in any forum available under mandatory local law. We encourage you to contact us first, but doing so is not a condition for exercising your legal rights.
